Study on the integration of building energy saving technology

Abstract: Low energy consumption project was one demo building constructed by the building science department of Tsinghua University. The energy saving technology integration used in this project included intelligent fa?ade, natural ventilation, personal ventilation air-conditioning terminal, humid dependent air supply mode, BCHP system and intelligent control system. This article introduced the building and technology scheme used in this project.

　　清华大学超低能耗示范楼是北京市科委科研项目，作为 2008 年奥运会办公建筑的 “ 前期示范工程 ” ，旨在通过其体现奥运建筑的 “ 高科技 ” 、 “ 绿色 ” 、 “ 人性化 ” 。同时，超低能耗示范楼是国家 “ 十五 ” 科技攻关项目 “ 绿色建筑关键技术研究 ” 的技术集成平台，用于展示和实验各种低能耗、生态化、人性化的建筑形式及先进的技术产品。在此基础上陆续开展建筑技术科学领域的基础与应用性研究，研究和示范系列的节能、生态、智能技术在办公建筑上的应用。包括建筑物理环境控制与设施研究（声、光、热、空气质量等），建筑材料与构造（窗、遮阳、屋顶、建筑节点、钢结构等），建筑环境控制系统的研究（高效能源系统、新的采暖、通风、空调方式及设备开发等），建筑智能化系统研究。超低能耗楼还将成为展示与宣传各种最新技术的舞台，为技术交流、产研挂钩、知识普及搭建桥梁；成为清华大学与企业界合作开发、展示新产品的平台，以及向社会、大众宣传、展示建筑节能和可持续发展建筑概念、技术和产品的展台。

　　超低能耗示范楼座落于清华大学校园东区，建筑设计如图 1 所示，总建筑面积 3000m²，地下一层，地上四层。由办公室、开放式实验室或实验台及相关辅助用房组成 。从建筑全生命周期的观点出发，采用了钢框架结构。建筑物内部为灵活隔断，空调和强弱电系统为模块化结构，从而可根据不同使用要求极其方便地改变空间布局。 洁净网
